About the Project

This project is being designed to be implemented in a far field wireless power transfer system. Far field wireless power transfer has the potential to power all of our mobile devices without cumbersome wires keeping us stuck near outlets.

In order for these far field wireless power transfer systems to work there must be a rectifier that converts the radio frequency (RF) signal into a direct current (DC) output. This project is focusing on designing the rectifying circuit that functions at a high conversion effeciency that could be implemented in a far firld wireless power transfer system.
