Alexander is a senior year student in the electrical and computer engineering department at Bradley University. His studies are focused on digital communication and signal processing. He is a co-author in the research paper "Characterization of Modal Dependence of MMF Chromatic Dispersion for Wideband MMF". His focus for the project is the smartphone communication and the hardware design of the system.

Dustin McCart is a senior year student electrical engineering student at Bradley University. Expected to graduate in May of 2016 with a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. The focus of his studies is embedded devices and programs for such devices. His focus in the project is the software for the system.
