Update Highlights

• Power Factor Control Build 95% - Testing of the design for the RLC harmonic filter was causing arcing of the relay switch and was causing overcurrents in the circuit. Corrected this problem through redesign with capacitor in parallel with the RLC circuit this would allowed controlled damping once the switch is turned off.

Notes: Design for the power factor correction will be more involved than anticipated due to the current harmonic distortion. This will set back other tasks later for the project. Extra work will be needed to catch up with other tasks needed to be completed.
