REC Technique Duplication

Below:  Duplication of Dr. M. L. Oelze's work with the Resolution Enhancement Compression technique.  REC makes use of convolution equivalence in order to make one signal (h1) act like another (h2, which has a larger bandwidth).  The difference in the resulting signals (right, top and bottom) is due to a time delay in the pre-enhanced chirp (vpre).
