PROJECT DELIVERABLE - FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The functional description is to be a detailed
explanation of the function of the system based
on the inputs to and outputs from the system.
It must identify and describe all the inputs to
and outputs from the system and present them in
tabular form. In addition, the functional mode
or modes of operation must be identified and
described by a detailed narrative. Though not
required, you may include a simple block diagram
indicating subsystems if reference to the block
diagram will aid in the description of the
various functional modes. The first draft must
be submitted to your DRT by Thursday, 10/7/99,
and the final document, with grade assigned by
your advisor, is due Tuesday, 10/19/99.
